Humanified is operated as an individual enterprise (individuali įmonė) based in Lithuania, European Union. As a service provided to EU residents, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect your email address when you create an account, word usage statistics to enforce plan limits, and your subscription status. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal information.
We do not permanently store the text you submit for humanization. Content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after generating your result. We never read, review, or retain your submitted content. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your email is used for authentication (magic link sign-in or Google sign-in), billing via Stripe, and service-related communications such as subscription confirmations. Usage data is used solely to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
We use secure session cookies strictly to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics are used. Our product is ad-free.
We retain your account data (email, usage stats, subscription status) for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Lithuanian tax law.
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled and encrypted at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full payment details.
We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes only the minimum data necessary to provide their service. Text you submit is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your rewritten output and is not retained by them.
As an EU resident you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@gethumanified.com. We will respond within 30 days.
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@gethumanified.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
For privacy inquiries contact support@gethumanified.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
